job description:

education: min 12th passed / any graduation.

pre-requisite: excellent communication skills.

experience: min months experience in any international outbound/inbound voice process (preferably worked for international sales process)

need candidates with good speaking skills.

working days: 6 days working, fixed sun off

shifts: us shift (inbound voice)

work location: rajarhat, kolkata

tify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

1. proven customer care experience or experience as a travel sales representative
