• Inform customers about company’s products/services and offers

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

• Ability to be on phone for Client Conversation , Fixing Appointments and Call Backs.

Benefits :

SALARY – 10K to 20K / PM

Incentives – Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly ( Max Cap. 25K PM)

Salary Hike every 3 Months depends on performance

Probation Period – 2 months
