We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Malda. This part-time role allows you to work from home while assisting our customers with their inquiries and concerns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Handle Customer Inquiries:** Respond to customer questions and issues through phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- **Provide Solutions:** Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives to enhance their experience.
- **Maintain Customer Records:** Document customer interactions and transactions accurately to keep up-to-date records for future reference.
- **Follow Up on Issues:** Ensure resolution of all customer inquiries by following up and checking in with customers after their issues have been addressed.
- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve service delivery.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have at least 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service. A minimum education of 12th grade is required. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers. Good problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing customer concerns quickly and efficiently. Familiarity with computers and various software applications is expected, as you will be managing customer information and communications online.
