Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. The position is remote, allowing you to work from home while servicing our valued customers in Kozhikode.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Respond to Customer Inquiries**: Engage with customers through phone calls, email, or chat to address their questions and concerns, ensuring they receive prompt and accurate information.

- **Provide Product Information**: Offer detailed explanations about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions during their purchasing process.

- **Resolve Issues**: Identify problems experienced by customers and work collaboratively to provide effective solutions, enhancing their overall experience.

- **Document Customer Interactions**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system, which helps in understanding trends and making improvements in service.

- **Follow Up**: Conduct follow-up calls or messages to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure any ongoing issues are resolved efficiently.
