Job Description:
· Handle inbound calls from the customers.
· Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
· Maintain good customer relations.
· Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
· Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
· Excellent communication skill, Versant level 5 must.
· Six days Working & 1 rotational week-off, 9 hours shift.
· Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality (front Desk) / International calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller/ Tele sales/ Collections).
· Typing Test – 25-30 WPM with 85% accuracy
· Working window 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females).
