Job Description:
Handle inbound calls from the customers.
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
Maintain good customer relations.
Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Excellent communication skill, Versant level 5 must.
Six days Working & 1 rotational week-off, 9 hours shift.
Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality (front Desk) / International calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller/ Tele sales/ Collections).
Typing Test 25-30 WPM with 85% accuracy
Working window 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females).
