we are looking for a polite, responsible, and service-oriented customer care executive to handle student/parent enquiries, provide course information, and support daily office operations.
responsibilities:
handle incoming calls, walk-in enquiries, and whatsapp queries from students and parents.
provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and admissions.
assist with student registrations, form filling, and document verification.
maintain records of enquiries and follow-up details.
coordinate with faculty, admin team, and management for student-related updates.
manage front desk activities with a friendly attitude.
resolve complaints or issues professionally and escalate when required.
support counselling team in scheduling orientations and meetings.
requirements:
qualification: any degree
experience: fresher or 0–2 years in customer service/front office
good communication skills (tamil & english; hindi optional)
phone handling and basic computer knowledge (ms office, email, crm)
pleasant personality, patience, and student-friendly approach
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
