requirements:
experience interacting with international us customers/clients
experience in eligibility verification (ebv)
awareness of us health insurance guidelines, including claims submission processes and procedures
ability to analyze explanation of benefits (eob) forms to ensure insurance companies have paid for charges
follow up with insurance companies and patients to ensure bills are paid
understand and analyze patient records, interacting with physicians and assistants to ensure accuracy
keep track of patient data across multiple visits
manage detailed and specifically coded information
strong verbal and written communication skills
transport allowance : 2000/- per month
performance allowance : will be paid after every 6 months ( /- one time payment).
