Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for helping others and strong communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Responding to Customer Inquiries:** Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information to resolve issues.

- **Assisting with Orders and Services:** Help customers with placing, tracking, and managing their orders, ensuring a smooth experience.

- **Handling Complaints:** Address customer complaints professionally, working to find quick and effective solutions to their problems.

- **Maintaining Customer Records:** Ensure that all customer interactions are logged and updated in the system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.

- **Providing Feedback:** Share insights and customer feedback with management to help improve processes and services.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education and be comfortable working full-time in an office environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers. You should be patient, empathetic, and possess a customer-centric attitude. Basic computer skills are needed to manage customer interactions, and being able to work in a fast-paced setting is a plus. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly will help you thrive in this role.
