1. handle inbound and outbound calls for m-pocket onboarding, loan collection, and recovery.

2. maintain customer records and update information in the system.

requirements:

age limit: 18 to 35 years

location preference: candidate should reside within 112 km of the office.

education qualification: minimum 12th pass (preferred).

experience: freshers or experienced both can apply

shift timings: rotational (8 am to 5 pm, 9 am to 6 pm, 10 am to 7 pm).

salary structure:

starting salary: 12,000/month

incentives: up to 10,000

increment: 9,969 after 6 months; 10,200 after 1 year
