* Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback.

* Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both).

* Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

* Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

* Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra apps will be an advantage.
