As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving relationships with our customers. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and support.

- Manage Customer Database: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our customer database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date for effective communication.

- Assist in CRM Strategies: You will help develop and implement strategies to engage customers, focusing on ways to increase retention rates and drive customer satisfaction.

- Respond to Customer Inquiries: You will handle customer queries and concerns through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to maintain positive relationships.
