We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Physician to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. This role is essential for treating critically ill patients through assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Patient Assessment**: Perform comprehensive evaluations of critically ill patients to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. This involves interpreting medical histories and conducting necessary physical exams.

2. **Treatment and Management**: Administer advanced medical therapies and procedures. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols as needed for optimal recovery.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses and other healthcare providers, to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.

4. **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the critical care unit. Make quick, data-driven decisions to stabilize patients and implement life-saving procedures.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and thorough medical records. Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a Post Graduate degree in a relevant field. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care protocols are crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with patients and other medical professionals effectively. Candidates with 0-6 years of experience in critical care will be considered. A commitment to compassionate patient care and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment are essential traits for success in this role. Qualification MD/DNB in Anesthesia/Critical Care/Emergency Medicine experience in Critical Care Department . Package is LPM - LPM
