Key responsibilities include delivering effective coaching sessions tailored to student needs, helping them improve their skills and game strategy. You will be involved in creating training programs that align with individual goals and the overall objectives of the academy. Additionally, you will participate in student assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement.

To excel in this role, candidates should have a strong understanding of cricket, including playing techniques and game rules. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with students and their families. A collaborative mindset and patience to work with young athletes are also important characteristics. Although no prior coaching experience is required, a genuine interest in mentoring and developing players is crucial.

This position is office-based and requires a male candidate who has completed at least 10th grade. You should possess the ability to work flexible hours based on training schedules, typically involving evening sessions or weekends as needed. As the number of enrolled students increases, your role may grow alongside the academy's expansion. Compliance with all health and safety protocols related to training and physical activities will be expected.
