Overview of the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients and internal Williams Lea Tag team
members on a daily basis and would be reporting into Studio Manager / Client Manager (CM) on their daily
deliverable. He / she will be an integral link between the Creative Designers / Web Designers and the Onsite /
client (job submitters), on all aspects of communication over telephone / email.
You will be responsible for professionally representing the department, greeting clients, taking work briefs,
negotiating deadlines, compiling estimates and will ensure every client receives professional advice and
exceptional service. Clear communication is the key to a successful Workflow Coordinator ensure our clients
are delighted and engaged by interaction with our team and receive a really positive experience from our
creative services. We need to offer friendly, informative guidance for clients to support them through their
project lifecycle.
