Crane Operator (Male)

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Romania. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of operating experience and a minimum education level of 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Operating Cranes:** Safely operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and place materials and equipment on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

- **Inspection and Maintenance:** Regularly inspect cranes before and after use to ensure they are in good working condition, and perform basic maintenance to prevent mechanical issues.

- **Load Monitoring:** Assess and calculate loads to ensure they are within safe operating limits, maintaining a safe environment for all personnel on site.

- **Communication:** Work closely with ground crew and other operators through effective communication to safely maneuver loads and improve workflow on site.
