We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Romania. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of operating experience and a minimum education level of 10th grade. Key Responsibilities:- Operating Cranes: Safely operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and place materials and equipment on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.- Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly inspect cranes before and after use to ensure they are in good working condition, and perform basic maintenance to prevent mechanical issues.- Load Monitoring: Assess and calculate loads to ensure they are within safe operating limits, maintaining a safe environment for all personnel on site.- Communication: Work closely with ground crew and other operators through effective communication to safely maneuver loads and improve workflow on site.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a deep understanding of crane operations and safety practices. They should have strong attention to detail to ensure the safety of themselves and others. Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members.
