We are seeking dedicated Courier Delivery Boys to join our team in Kharagpur. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering parcels efficiently and on time, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Parcel Delivery: Safely transport and deliver packages to designated locations within the city, adhering to scheduled timelines.

- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries, optimizing for distance and traffic conditions.

- Customer Interaction: Professionally interact with customers, handling any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their delivery.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including signatures for proof of delivery.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have at least completed their 10th grade and possess a valid driving license. Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions. The ability to navigate the local area efficiently is crucial. We expect our Delivery Boys to be punctual, reliable, and physically fit, as the role involves lifting and carrying packages. A commitment to providing excellent service and adhering to safety protocols is required. This is a full-time position where you'll work mainly from the office to assist in logistics planning while coordinating delivery schedules.
