Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering packages to customers: Courier delivery boys are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers at their specified locations.

2. Handling cash transactions: Collecting payments from customers for Cash on Delivery orders and ensuring accurate and prompt handling of cash.

3. Maintaining delivery records: Keeping track of all deliveries made in a log and ensuring accurate record-keeping for future reference.

4. Communicating with customers: Interacting with customers politely and professionally to provide updates on delivery status or address any concerns they may have.

5. Following safety protocols: Adhering to all safety guidelines while driving and delivering packages to ensure the well-being of oneself and others on the road.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift packages of varying weights.

- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately.

- Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods to ensure timely deliveries.

- Valid driver's license for two-wheeler vehicles.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines.
