Capable of studying detailed engineering drawings and quantity take off

Interpret Architectural/Structural/MEP Drawings and work at cost estimates

Understand specifications and prepare BOQ

working out Tender Estimate, zero cost/job cost estimate

Preparation of billing & submission to client department

working knowledge with Government Contracting job/EPC

Certify specification as per contract condition so as to procedure department can source right material

Tracking off qty and updating progress

Monitoring site executed qty & billing progress

payment/claims on variation

contribute to cost inflows/Expenditure

Budgeting experience/Turnkey project experience

Experience in Residential/commercial buildings/Apartment/Villa projects
