Opening For Cosmetic Manager

JOB TITLE: Strand by Strand - Cosmetic Manager

RESPONSIBLE TO: ASM / SM

MATRIX REPORTING TO: RM

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The primary responsibility of the Cosmetic Manager is to ensure that clients receive the service and results promised by consultants/sales teams, maintaining the high standards of Advanced Hair Studio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary service that aligns with AHS' brand standards.

• Provide technical support during consultations as needed.

• Create schedules for hair experts, manage workflow, and enforce departmental policies and procedures.

• Investigate and resolve complex or longstanding client concerns escalated by team members.

• Monitor departmental stock levels closely.

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of designated areas, including hair experts' rooms and equipment.

• Address any issues promptly, involving ASM / SM when necessary to maintain harmony.

• Maintain comprehensive records of all clients in the department, including images and financial details.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

• Track regular clients and their visits to the studio to enhance personalized service.

• Coordinate with Head Office for customized orders.

• Strategize and plan with teams to achieve monthly targets effectively.

• Promote second sales opportunities (upselling & cross selling) (target centric) to enhance revenue.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to protocols within the cosmetic department, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Advanced Hair Studio.
