Job Responsibilities

Operate the corrugation machine and ensure the production process runs smoothly.

Set up the machine and adjust parameters according to production requirements.

Ensure proper paper feeding, flute formation, glue application, and bonding.

Inspect the quality of corrugated boards and identify defects.

Minimize paper wastage during the production process.

Identify machine-related issues and inform the maintenance team whenever required.

Complete daily production targets on time.

Ensure proper cleaning and routine maintenance of the machine.

Follow safety rules and company production standards.

Maintain daily records of production and material wastage.

Required Skills

Practical experience in operating corrugation machines.

Good knowledge of the corrugated box manufacturing process.

Knowledge of machine setup and basic troubleshooting.

Understanding of paper quality, flute types, and board bonding.

Ability to focus on production quality and wastage control.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 10th or 12th pass; ITI qualification preferred.

Relevant experience in operating corrugation machines is required.
