Key Responsibilities
Identify potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, telecalling, and client meetings.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for repeat business and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales (experience in medical industry is an advantage).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle complex sales cycles and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Willingness to travel as required.
