Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a post graduate in commercial law to work as a corporates lawyer in Dubai. The ideal person should have minimum ten years corporate lawyer experience and should have experience in M&A transactions for buy and sell sides. The person should have excellent attention to detail, should be able to deal with international law firms of repute and need to work with corporates lawyers in M&A transactions and investment transactions.
