Production Planning

ï‚· To plan weekly production (technical planning) schedule of the shop

ï‚· To ensure the target production on daily basis

ï‚· To prepare and modify daily production schedule and material requirements based on production

shortfalls, if any

ï‚· To expedite delivery of items based on completion of production schedule

Production Management

ï‚· To keep the cost of production as per target

ï‚· To maintain target production output with rejection controls and quality.

ï‚· To monitor the production process and re-schedule, whenever required.

ï‚· To optimize on inventory requirements.

ï‚· To develop quality strategy in co-ordination with Quality Assurance for the department

ï‚· To document and implement standard operating procedure for all processes in the department

ï‚· To co-ordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with production and despatch

schedule, standards, systems and procedures
