Content Manager

Role Expectations :

1. Ability to build a content engine - team/agencies to deliver exceptional content at a blazing speed.

2. Content Organization, Strategy, Communication.

3. Onboarding right agencies at optimum cost & quality.

4. Operate with minimal management oversight & exceptional creative freedom to own the entire content creating process.

5. Create Content across new mediums & platforms like Instagram/YouTube/Reels in a variety of formats - text/video/short video etc.

Requirements :

1. 3-5 years of work experience in creating engaging content. Content planner and content creation with other team members from Astrotalk or Astro companies.

2. Exceptional existing portfolio - Should be able to demonstrate prior success

3. Should have managed content creation in-house as well as through agencies with a deep focus on creating long term execution skills in-house

4. Typically found in Head of Content/Head of Social Media and Content kind of roles in consumer internet companies.

5. Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or related field.

6. Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.

7 . Strong leadership qualities.

Note: It's a full-time role. Position is based in Gurgaon.
