Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end content creation: blogs, thought-leadership articles, explainers, feature releases, FAQs, case studies.
• Create content related to tax tech, e-invoicing mandates, compliance updates across global markets.
• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
• Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) for faster content generation, scripts, visuals, and repurposing.
• Build a consistent posting calendar and maintain brand voice across all platforms.
• Work with product and leadership teams to simplify technical concepts into easy-to-consume content.
• Create short-form video scripts, carousels, reels, and product walkthrough content.
• Coordinate with external design/creative vendors when needed.
• Track basic engagement metrics and continuously refine content strategy.
• Stay updated on global e-invoicing and tax mandates (we will train on domain).

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital content creation, or social media management.
• Strong writing skills with ability to convert technical topics into simple narratives.
• Ability to research regulations/mandates and produce accurate summaries.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for writing, design, and video.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS content and LinkedIn-first brand building.
• Comfortable working with leadership/founders and handling fast-paced, multi-geo content needs.

Good to Have
• Experience in fintech, regtech, compliance, tax, or SaaS content.
• Basic understanding of SEO (non-technical).
• Ability to produce simple video content (voiceover, screen recordings, etc.).
