Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and an MD degree in Medicine.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Assessment:** Conduct thorough examinations of patients to understand their orthopedic issues. This involves taking medical histories and performing physical checks.

- **Diagnosis and Treatment Planning:** Analyze diagnostic tests and determine appropriate treatment plans, whether surgical or non-surgical, to best meet patient needs.

- **Performing Surgeries:** Carry out a variety of orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements and fracture repairs, ensuring high standards of clinical care.

- **Post-Operative Care:** Monitor patients after surgery to ensure proper recovery, manage pain, and address any complications that may arise.

- **Collaboration with Medical Staff:** Work closely with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and support.

- **Patient Education:** Provide clear information to patients and their families regarding treatment options, recovery processes, and preventive care for future issues.
