Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Consultant Neurosurgeon to join our team in Firozpur. Punjab, India In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions related to the brain, spine, and nervous system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Patient Evaluation**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with neurological conditions to understand their medical history and present symptoms.

2. **Surgical Procedures**: Perform various neurosurgical operations, such as tumor removals, spinal surgeries, and treatments for traumatic brain injuries, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.

3. **Post-Operative Care**: Monitor patients after surgery to ensure proper recovery, manage pain, and address any complications that may arise.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other medical professionals, including neurologists and rehabilitation specialists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

5. **Patient Education**: Provide information and support to patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery processes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a Post Graduate degree in Neurosurgery, demonstrating a solid understanding of the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and their families. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected, as is the ability to work well under pressure. A collaborative mindset and a patient-centered approach are crucial for success in this role. Ideal candidates will have between 0 to 6 years of experience in neurosurgery, showing a passion for improving patient outcomes. Qualification /DrNB in Neurosurgery . Package is 4 LPM - 6 LPM Negotiable As Per Experience .
