Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Anesthetist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures, excluding Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) cases.Key Responsibilities:€¢ Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to deliver anesthesia and critical care services.€¢ Conduct preoperative assessments to evaluate patient fitness for surgery.€¢ Administer and manage anesthesia during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.€¢ Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, addressing any adverse reactions or complications.€¢ Lead the anesthesia team, promoting quality care in an efficient, cost-effective manner.€¢ Participate in postoperative monitoring and recovery, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.€¢ Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures, central line insertions, and other critical care interventions as needed.€¢ Respond to emergency and critical care situations, providing advanced life support as required.Qualifications:€¢ Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Anesthesiology (MD/DNB or equivalent).€¢ Valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India.€¢ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Consultant or Senior Resident in Anesthesia.€¢ Expertise in managing a wide range of surgical cases, excluding CTVS.€¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisci
