We are looking for a dedicated Construction Worker to join our team in Modri?a, Bosnia and Herzegowina. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a team and able to follow instructions carefully on various construction tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Site Preparation:** Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring that all materials are ready and organized, which helps maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

- **Material Handling:** Load, unload, and move materials to and from job sites as needed, ensuring all supplies are available for construction workers to perform their tasks.

- **Assisting Skilled Workers:** Work alongside skilled tradespeople like carpenters and electricians, assisting them in tasks, such as holding tools or delivering materials, which enhances teamwork and learning.

- **Operating Tools:** Use construction tools and equipment, including saws and drills, following safety guidelines to ensure efficient work and prevent accidents.

- **Maintaining Safety:** Follow all safety protocols on the job site, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazardous conditions, to promote a safe working environment for everyone.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum education level of 10th grade. No previous experience is required, as training will be provided for new workers. A good work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential. Being physically fit and able to lift heavy materials is necessary.
