Construction Estimator (1-7 Years)

We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team in Mumbai. This position is ideal for someone with 1 to 7 years of experience in the construction industry who can efficiently analyze project costs and prepare accurate estimates for various construction projects.

NICMAR, BHADANIS ,IIT TRAINING CERTIFICATE PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:

- **Cost Estimation:** Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and overhead. Your accurate estimates will help in budgeting and project planning.

- **Data Analysis:** Review past project data and costs to identify trends and help improve future estimates. This analysis will be essential for refining our estimating processes and enhancing accuracy.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and adjust estimates as needed. Effective communication is critical to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered.

- **Bid Preparation:** Prepare and submit bids for projects in a timely manner, ensuring that they meet deadlines and specifications. Attention to detail is vital in preparing competitive bids.

- **Cost Tracking:** Monitor project costs during construction and compare them with estimates to identify discrepancies. This will help in making informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a degree in a related field and have relevant experience in estimating within the construction sector. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Microsoft Office is expected, along with excellent communication skills to effectively convey estimates and insights.
