Interview For Computer Operator || 12th Pass - Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operator in Rajkot, India, who will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems as part of our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a basic educational background and is eager to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems. This includes both numerical and textual information to ensure data integrity.

2. System Monitoring: Regularly check the operations of computers and other equipment, ensuring all systems run smoothly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor quickly.

3. Technical Support: Provide basic support to team members regarding computer-related issues. Assist colleagues in troubleshooting minor software or hardware problems.

4. Document Preparation: Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.

5. Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records of tasks performed and hours worked. This helps in tracking progress and productivity.
