Looking For Computer Operator

We are looking for a Computer Operator FOR JAN SEVA KENDRA, to assist in managing our office's computer systems and data processing tasks. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and providing support to staff as needed. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 5 years of experience and a minimum education level of 10th pass.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Computer Systems: Regularly check the performance of computer systems to ensure they are running efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and manage data using various computer software, maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist Staff: Provide technical support to team members as they use computer systems, guiding them with any technical difficulties they may face.

- Maintain Records: Keep organized records of all data processed and maintain logs for tracking purposes, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.

- Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out regular checks and basic maintenance on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer operation and data entry is essential. The candidate should also have good communication skills to effectively assist team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is expected. Familiarity with common office software such as MS Office is highly beneficial.
