### Job Responsibilities

* Handle daily computer operations and data entry.

* Maintain production, inventory, and company records.

* Prepare reports, documents, and Excel sheets.

* Enter and update data accurately in ERP/software.

* Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, and basic computer applications.

* Maintain proper digital and physical documentation.

* Coordinate with different departments for data and reports.

* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

### Required Skills

* Good knowledge of **MS Excel & MS Office**.

* Basic knowledge of ERP/software.

* Good typing and data-entry skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks.

### Qualification & Experience

* 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.

* 1-3 years of experience preferred.

* Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
