We are looking for a Competent Person to join our team in a part-time role. This position allows you to work from home while supporting our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess Safety Compliance: Review and ensure that all safety standards are being followed within the organization to maintain a safe working environment.

- Conduct Regular Inspections: Perform regular checks on safety equipment and procedures to identify any potential hazards or areas for improvement.

- Provide Training: Assist in training sessions for team members on safety practices and emergency protocols to promote awareness and preparedness.

- Report Findings: Document and report any safety concerns or violations to the management team, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents to support compliance and improve safety strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Basic Knowledge of Safety Standards: An understanding of basic safety regulations and protocols is preferred, but training will be provided.

- Attention to Detail: The ability to notice small issues and inconsistencies is important for maintaining high safety standards.

- Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying safety information and collaborating with team members.

- Self-Motivated: You should be able to work independently and manage your time effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

- Freshers Encouraged: This position is ideal for those finishing school or entering the workforce, as we welcome applicants with 0 to 1 year of experience.
