job description:
• ensure compliance with the companies act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and reports with regulatory authorities.
• maintain statutory registers, records, and minute books.
• organize and manage board meetings, agms, and egms, including preparing agendas, notices, and minutes.
• handle corporate governance and secretarial audits.
• assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
• liaise with regulators such as roc, sebi, and stock exchanges (if applicable).
• provide support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions.
required skills:
strong understanding of corporate laws and compliance.
excellent communication and organizational skills.
proficiency in drafting and maintaining legal documentation
