Experience on building sustainable communities for atleast 2+ Years

Passion for building great communities and the ability to think of innovative ideas within deadlines.

Experience in planning and leading community initiatives

Strong customer obsession and empathy

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.

Willingness to collaborate with teams across functions and openness to take up new types of tasks.

Above all, the candidate must have an outstanding work ethic, should be outcome-driven, and have a strong passion to contribute to the company's vision and mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage and Moderate a high-energy Alumni community by conducting different activities and campaigns

Develop Community Strategies and Processes by working with a team of energetic and dedicated individuals, Identify and track relevant community KPIs

Come up with creative initiatives to engage NxtWave alumni and generate traction for the company

Make Strategic Content Decisions for the Community, Ensuring Content delivery in different formats like Presentations, Notes, Messages, Forms, Images, etc.

Ensuring communication to the community via different channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, etc.) according to the activity timeline.

Measure and Analyze Community Success - Data crunching to understand the performance of the activities and drawing insights to improve them

Take an active role in building a brand for Indias fastest-growing Ed-Tech startup.
