About the Role

IM-PACT is looking for enthusiastic and confident Public Speaking & Communication Skills Trainers who are passionate about helping students develop confidence, communication skills, and effective self-expression.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging public speaking and communication skills sessions for students from Nursery to Grade 12.

- Teach storytelling, presentation skills, voice modulation, body language, articulation, and confidence-building.

- Plan interactive activities, role-plays, group discussions, and speech exercises.

- Encourage students to participate actively and overcome stage fear.

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Skills Required

- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Confidence in speaking and interacting with children and teenagers.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching.

- Willingness to learn and grow as a professional trainer.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- No specific graduation degree is required.

- Candidates with teaching, tutoring, public speaking, or training experience will have an added advantage.
