We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Kolkata. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Food Preparation:** Assist in preparing ingredients and dishes, ensuring everything is ready for service. This includes cutting vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes.

- **Cleaning and Safety:** Maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will be responsible for cleaning equipment and following all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe cooking environment.

- **Assisting Senior Chefs:** Collaborate closely with senior chefs to learn cooking techniques and kitchen operations. You will receive guidance in executing dishes according to the restaurant's recipes.

- **Stock Management:** Help with the inventory of kitchen supplies. This involves checking stock levels and notifying superiors when supplies are low.

- **Supporting Other Kitchen Staff:** Work as part of a team by providing assistance to other kitchen roles as needed, ensuring smooth kitchen operation during busy times.
