Looking For Combine Harvester Operator

We are looking for a skilled Combine Harvester Operator to join our team in Dhenkanal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and be able to operate the combine harvester efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operate Combine Harvester:** You will drive and control the harvester to ensure efficient harvesting of crops, following all safety protocols.

- **Monitor Equipment Function:** Regularly check the machine’s performance and settings to ensure it is functioning optimally and adjust as needed.

- **Conduct Maintenance Checks:** Perform routine maintenance on the harvester, including cleaning and minor repairs, to keep the equipment in good working condition.

- **Report Issues:** Communicate any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.

- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other team members, including farm managers and other operators, to coordinate harvesting activities effectively.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Experience with Harvesting Equipment:** Candidates should have hands-on experience operating a combine harvester and understanding its functions.
