Location: Noida

•Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

•Negotiating with customers.

•Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

•Maintaining customer payment records.

Communicate suitable payment plans.

•Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.

Excellent negotiating skills.

•Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Salary - 15k-35k+ Incentive

Experience- 1-2 years/Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
