Opening For Coffee Maker

We are looking for an experienced Coffee Maker in Jaunpur, India, with 2 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty beverages, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas, providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Interact with customers to take their orders and offer recommendations, ensuring a friendly and engaging service experience.

Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and receipt issuance.

Assist in managing inventory by tracking coffee supplies, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring freshness of ingredients.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade, with prior experience in coffee making or barista roles preferred.

Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and equipment operation is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective customer interaction.

The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is important to accommodate café operating hours.
