Job Description

CNC & VMC Programmer cum Operator -Responsible for setting up, writing or editing programs, and machining high-tolerance metal components.

Write, edit, and simulate G-code and M-code programs manually or via CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam, Delcam, or AutoCAD) for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and CNC turning/milling centers

Machine Setup & Tooling:• Set up workholding devices, specialized jigs, fixtures, and indexers required for complex transmission parts (., gear hobbing/milling, spline cutting, or bore finishing).

• Select, install, and calibrate cutting tools, inserts, and toolholders, calculating tool life to prevent scrap.

• Set zero points, work offsets, and tool height offsets on CNC/VMC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi).
