Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities• Machine Operation: Load and unload raw materials and workpieces onto the VMC table, execute machining programs, and run production cycles.• Setup & Offsets: Mount fixtures, load tools into the automatic tool changer (ATC), and set work and tool offsets.• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D technical schematics, and process sheets.• Programming & Edits: Load, run, and make minor edits to G-code and M-code or controller programs (such as Fanuc).• Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure dimensions stay within tolerance.• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine checks (coolant levels, chip management, daily maintenance) and adjust tool offsets to compensate for tool wear or diagnose minor machine errors.• Documentation: Log production quantities, shift output, tool changes, and scrap/rejection rates.CONTACTJAYAPRAKASHVIKRAM PLACEMENT SERVICES
