CNC VMC Operator

Qualification:

ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)

Reporting To:

Supervisor/Operation Manager

We are looking for CNC-VMC Setter Operator with following capabilities.

€¢ Proven experience as CNC/VMC operator.

€¢ Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.

€¢ Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.

€¢ Knowledge of G Code - M Code.

€¢ Expertise in operating CNC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

€¢ Prepare daily production report.

€¢ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

€¢ Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.

€¢ Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.

€¢ Knowledge of GD&T.

€¢ Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.

€¢ Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.

€¢ Ability to give training to trainee Operator.

€¢ Good communication abilities.

€¢ A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach
