Hiring Freshers || CNC Turning Operator

As a CNC Turning Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating CNC machines, specifically those using the Fanuc system. You will be responsible for setting up and adjusting CNC turning machines to ensure the production of high-quality parts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating CNC Machines: Efficiently run CNC turning machines to produce precision components, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

- Machine Setup: Effectively set up CNC turning machines, including installing tools and fixtures, to prepare for production runs.

- Using Measuring Instruments: Employ measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges to verify the dimensions of completed workpieces, ensuring they meet design specifications.

Required skills and expectations:

Candidates should have experience or knowledge in operating CNC machines, particularly those using the Fanuc system. Familiarity with measuring instruments is essential for verifying product quality. An education level of at least 10th pass is required. The job is open to male candidates only and is full-time, working from the office in Rajkot, India.
