CNC Turning Operator - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join our team in Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience and an . certification. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can effectively run CNC turning machines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Ensure machines are running smoothly and efficiently throughout the production process.

2. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of the parts produced, using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required tolerances. Make adjustments to machinery as needed to maintain quality standards.

3. Maintenance Routines: Perform routine maintenance on CNC turning machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Report any mechanical issues for repair.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, defect rates, and any machine adjustments made during operations.

5. Collaboration: Work with team members and supervisors to improve manufacturing processes and enhance overall productivity.
