CNC Setter Cum Programmer

Required Setup Changes and approvals/ Tool Pre setting

 Responsible for shift wise desired defect free production output.

 Report breakdowns & coordinate for rectification.

 Close Coordination with machine operators and Line Inspectors.

 Coordinate with all the concerned departments.

 Material Accountability.(Receipt from stores to shift wise output to de-burring section )

 Run Chart Preparation.

 Maintaining job card / route card / work order

 Maintaining In Process Inspection Reports.

 Accountability of tools, jigs and fixtures in proper condition. (Receipt of stores to returning to stores)

 Co-ordinate for NC part clearances.

 Maintain relevant documentation.

 Production Cell 5S.

 Maintaining of production log.

 Understanding and adhering of department Significant Aspects/Impacts

 Understanding and adhering of department work instruction or procedures

 Adopt KAPL Waste segregation Method

 Communicate the Abnormal situation /Non-conformance information to department core team member as

per internal communication procedure

 Perform EMS relevant task as per department core team member instruction

 Chemical Spill response based on SDS

 Handling/storage/disposal of Hazardous waste /Hazardous chemical
