Job Title: CNC/VMC Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC/VMC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate CNC/VMC Machines: Operate CNC/VMC machines, including milling machines, lathes, and grinders, to produce high-quality parts and components.

2. Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand production requirements.

3. Set Up and Program Machines: Set up and program CNC/VMC machines, including loading programs, setting tool offsets, and adjusting machine parameters.

4. Monitor Machine Performance: Monitor machine performance, including watching for signs of wear, vibration, or other issues that may affect quality or productivity.

5. Inspect Parts and Components: Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments and inspection equipment as needed.

6. Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot issues with machines, programs, or parts, and take corrective action to resolve problems.

7. Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
