Basic G code M code Knowledge & good CNC machine handling skill

- Basic tool holding, work holding & knowledge of their offsets

- should understand geomentrical concepts like run-out, face-out, parallelity, concentricity, basic maths & trignomentry

- Study drawing and understand critical parameters

- Good instrument handling skills

Must Have Personal Skills (Only sincere, professional & hard working people survive here):

- Should be on time for shifts

- Must be perpared for 8 hour shifts + 4hours OT during month end tight schedule

- Clearly communicate leaves so company can prepare for distruption in production
